Refund/Return Policy

1. Please fill out the form on our Contact Us page. All requests will be answered within 1-2 business days.
2. Buyer will incur returned shipping charges if Impact Weapons Components Inc is not responsible for issue at hand, i.e. incorrect address entered, wrong items ordered by buyer, etc.
3. Once return shipment is received, at the buyer's request, we will issue replacements, exchanges, refunds or store credit. Please note: any items returned that show usability cannot be replaced, refunded or receive store credit. All orders placed over 30 days will only be eligible for store credit.

• We have a less than 1% error rate. If this does happen, please fill out the form below and we will send your correct items. We will email a prepaid shipping label, within 1-2 business days, to return the incorrect items. Items not returned will be charged to the customer.

2. Reason for the return
3. Describe the issue with the order

NOTE: The Return Policy does not apply to any items sold to Dealers/Distributors.
